INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Individual lessons to jump start your training program are available at the training building in Frederick Maryland. I can come to your home if you live in Frederick County, Carroll County, parts of Montgomery County and parts of Howard County.
OPTION ONE:
You can take private lessons for $50 each at the building or you can take 6 classes and 2 private lessons for $200. You can take the private lessons either before or during your 6 week traning session.
It is your program, I will just help you design it.
OPTION TWO: separate individual sessions: $50.00 per session at the building.
Mobile Training: $80.00 per session if I come to your home or meet you out and about on week days or Thursday or Frieday eveenings. Saturday afternoon and weekdays are scheduled at the building and other times depending upon availability.
